My name is Sue and I have lived on the Southern Costa Blanca (Los Altos) since January 2004 and have owned a property here since the end of 2001. After several enjoyable holidays I decided to live here permanently. A major decision to take but one I have never looked back on.
In 2002 I set up a website helping owners rent their properties to holidaymakers. Since January 2004 I have been here managing properties on the Southern Costa Blanca for people that live in the UK.
I know the problems that can arise when not employing the right person to look after a property, I went through a couple of bad experiences before moving here, so I provide a reliable and professional service.
I now have many guests returning year after year to holiday in the properties I manage and I also have their friends and family holidaying here as well.
I have a team of reliable skilled tradesmen that can deal with problems at your property quickly.
Unlike many operators, I am legally registered self-employed here in Spain. You can be assured that your property will be looked after whilst you are not here.

When owning a holiday home in another country you will find it difficult to keep an eye on your property, arrange for maintenance to be carried out, take delivery of items, if you rent your property sorting out any problems with your guests, cleaning etc.
We have 3 keyholding packages and 4 rental packages so whatever your requirements we can accommodate your needs.
Optional services include:
* Holiday changeover and refresh cleans, a clean property with ironed linen for you and your guests.
* Meet and greet with keys, a friendly face with information and advice, a good start for your guests holiday.
* Airport transfer service from either Alicante or Murcia airport.
* Small maintenance jobs can be carried out so that your property always looks in good condition.
* Grocery packs, ideal for late arrivals, Sundays when the shops are shut out of season, or bank holidays.
* Equipment hire; travel cot, high chair, push chair, beach towels to make your guests stay enjoyable.
* Car hire with a competitively priced reliable firm based in Torrevieja. Alicante or Murcia pickups/returns.

Employing a professional property management company can save you a lot of time and trouble. I have received many phone calls and e-mails from owners who have asked their “neighbour” or “friend” to look after their property whilst they are not here and have then found they were unable or unwilling to sort out problems that arose with their property.
Problems that owners have faced - their property was rented out without their knowledge, and in some instances entering the property to find someone else staying there. Non payment of rental monies owed to them. Property not cleaned or badly cleaned prior to their or their guests arrival.

The majority of our owners have our Property Management Service which will guarantee you complete peace of mind. Your property will receive regular property checks. Any problems with your property will be dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. Should your guests encounter a problem whilst staying at your property, we can deal with problems such as water boilers breaking down or your guests being locked out. There is a fee, which works out at under €6 per week, with a discount provided for holiday changeover cleans.
