Depending on your requirements we have 3 keyholding packages:
1. Property Management Service
|
A service that will take the stress away from owning a property in another country.
* Replacement of keys if your guests lose them, or let them back into the property if they lock themselves out. Change of locks if required.
* Regular property checks.
* Emergency telephone number will be provided to guests.
* We will hold an inventory of items in your property.
* Purchasing of items.
* Organising maintenance.
* Digital photographs of your property.
* Text and photos will be added to www.CostaBlancaAccommodations.net and www.rentals-costablanca.com if rentals are required.
* Information pack providing general information will be left in the property.
* If you have a call centre alarm our phone numbers can be used as a contact number.
* Visits to your property to let tradesmen into the property.
* Discounted price on holiday changeover cleans.
* This service is for a minimum of 1 year.

Do you want someone to hold the keys and check on the property regularly? Then this service is just for you.
* When unoccupied, a property check will be carried out every 8-14 days.

If the property owner does not require the Property Management Service or Keyholding Plus package, a yearly charge for holding keys is applicable when the Rental Package or Holiday Changeovers are required.

Holiday Changeover Cleans
|
|
|
When you or your guests require the property to be cleaned at the end of your stay.
* Polish furniture, vacuum floors and rugs, mop tiled floors.
* Clean oven, hob, fridge, freezer, wipe down kitchen unit doors and drawers.
* Dispose of opened food items left by previous guests.
* When required clean inside and outside windows (where possible), cabinets and mirrors.
* Clean and sanitise bins, sinks, toilets, baths, showers and clean tiled areas.
* Sheets and towels will be washed in your washing machine. Items that cannot be washed at the property will be taken away and washed.
* Provide clean towels, tea towels, ironed sheets and pillow cases and re-make beds.
* Light bulbs will be replaced (owner to provide bulbs or we will acquire and invoice).
* Toilet paper will be available for you/your guests.
* A minimum of two sets of bed linen and towels are to be provided by the owner.
* Beach/pool towels, sofa throws, bedspreads, tablecloths, mattress protectors, blankets etc will incur additional charge.
* For each clean we will wash, dry and iron 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet or quilt cover, 1 pillow case, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person. 1 bath mat, up to 4 tea towels. Other items will incur an additional charge.
* Any items in addition to usual cleaning that are required will be invoiced.
* If there is no washing machine available at the property then the costs below will be increased.

If you want to rent your property we have 3 packages:
1. Rental Package
|
|
|
We can advertise your property for holiday or long term rentals.
Designed for people with little or no time to get involved with all the administration of renting their holiday home.
* You decide what weeks you would like rented, this could range from just a few weeks to 52 weeks per year (no guarantee can be provided as to how many weeks can be rented for you). Your property will be advertised on www.rentals-costablanca.com and www.costablancaaccommodations.net.
* A rental contract and booking form will be sent, we will collect payment, send directions to the property, meet them with the keys, issue a mobile number for emergencies, collect security deposit, collect keys on departure, return security deposit subject to no visible damage and provide a holiday changeover clean (details of clean provided below) at the end of their stay.
* No contact with the guest will be necessary from the owner. We will liase with guests before and on their arrival in Spain, and arrange transport etc (if required).
* The property owner will be advised at all times of bookings taken for your property (even last minute bookings). Payments, less our fees will be paid into an English or Spanish account.
* All weeks booked/required by the owner must be notified to us so double bookings are not made.
* If you would like long term rentals the minimum rental period expected would be 3 months. You must be aware that people who want long rentals work here, and may expect a longer period, as they do not want to keep moving from property to property, so you must take this into account. Rental prices include all bills, which are paid by the owner. Monthly rental rates are approx €500-€600 depending on property type and area.

2. Rental Referrals (owner deals with the bookings)

For property owners who require our Holiday Changeover clean and any other services.
Your property will be advertised on www.rentals-costablanca.com and www.costablancaaccommodations.net with up to 10 photographs, details of the property, surrounding area, prices and availability calendar (property owner to provide all information, unless our Property Management Service is required).
All enquiries from the website will be forwarded to the property owner to deal with the enquiry and take the booking. The property owner will send contracts, booking forms, collect payments etc.
Only available with the Property Management Service.

3. Administration for Property Owner Rentals

For property owners who require the TPS.net Rental Package.
* If the property owner advertises their own property, but does not want to deal with the administration side of the booking TPS.net can provide the administration.
* We will deal with all booking paperwork, collect all payments (including security deposit), send directions to the property, meet guests with keys and collect at end of stay, provide a holiday changeover clean at the end of their stay.
* No contact with the guest will be necessary from the owner.
* Only available with the Property Management Service.

Meet, Greet and Departure Key Handovers
|
* Guests must contact us when they have collected their hire car/taxi.
* We will be at the property for guests arrival.
* Guests must make their way directly to the property after phone call.
* Your guests will be met, handed the keys, shown around property, shown how to lock up securely, location of fuse box and mains water supply.
* Departure time will be arranged to re-collect the keys.
* Collection of security deposit or full payment for last minute bookings.
* Christmas and New Year; 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January we are unable to provide a meet and greet service.

Light Maintenance and Decorating
|
|
|
General light maintenance can be provided or arranged with local contractors, let us know your requirements and we will provide you with a quote.
Example; gardening, DIY jobs, grills, shower surrounds, new locks etc.
Decorating the inside of your property, in white. Ceilings and walls. We recommend this is carried out yearly.
2 bedroom apartment, to paint the interior ceilings and walls in white.
This can be carried out in October, November, January, February, March and April.

Option 1 - TPS.net will send rental contract, booking form, directions to the property (directions from Alicante and Murcia airports to be supplied initially by property owner), collect rental payment (not security deposit).
TPS.net will e-mail the property owner with the details of the booking.
Rental monies will be deposited to the property owners English bank account, less TPS.net fee.
Option 2 - TPS.net will add your e-mail address to the bottom of your property details page and you will receive all enquiries straight to your e-mail, you deal with all enquiries and bookings (the e-mail provided must belong to the property owner).

Car hire can be arranged with a competitively priced reliable firm based in Torrevieja with collection and return of the vehicle at either Alicante or Murcia airport.
