When you have a property overseas it's natural to worry if it's being well kept, if it's being cleaned thoroughly for guests and what will happen if there are any problems that need to be resolved quickly. "One of the biggest commitments that you can make, apart from purchasing a property in the UK, is doing the same in Spain. Once you have done this there are a lot of things still to do such as furnishing it, equipping it and safeguarding it with new locks and grills and insuring it against damage and theft etc.
Having tackled the purchase and all that that involved the post-purchase things need to be done and quickly. Unless you are going to stay in Spain for some time this will have to be done by a combination of visits and assistance from others whilst you return to the UK.
After this you may want to rent your property or offer it to your friends and family to use. This will involve ensuring that the property is clean and tidy, that they can actually get into it on their arrival and that once they have left the property is cleaned and tidied and all necessary laundering is done and the property is secured and checked regularly.
You will need help to achieve all of this. As a professional manager and service provider I wanted to ensure that the help that I got satisfied my own high standards. I decided to rely on the good reputation of Sue Cam. I have not been disappointed with my choice.
Sue provides an excellent 24/7 service for me when my property is being used by renters and friends and family. She is a consumate professional with excellent communication, inter-personnel and administrative skills. Punctuality and reliability are the cornerstones of her service. Sue can recommend the services of trades such as locksmiths, grill manufacturers and builders. She does not recommend them unless she is confident that their services and products meet her exacting high standards. I have used them and they do.
One other reason why I will continue to engage Sue's services is peace of mind. I know that should I need Sue to asssist me with something to do with my property she will do so. Let me give you an example. If you were unfortunate to have an incident where your insurance company would want to see you take reasonable and swift steps to remedy a situation such as securing your property after a burglary, how would you achieve this from the UK? Sue would be able to do this for us employing the services of a locksmith and others that she would know would do a good job.
For all these reasons I have no hesitation in recommending Sue as the only person that I want to look after my property. Where is the catch? There is none. Of course there is an annual fee to pay for Sue's services and my peace of mind. The fee is extremely reasonable and great value for money."
